Will we save the planet single-handedly? Probably not but we will do our best to spread the word about eco-sustainability beacause our children and the future of our planet deserve it!

Compostable materials break down completely into their basic parts (water, carbon dioxide, and biomass). They will break down in a timely manner and will not release harmful residue.

Products labeled as compostable must be tested to meet US industrial composting standards ASTM D6400 and ASTM D6868. These standards require that compostable products biodegrade within 90 days and leave no harmful residue. Testing includes a seed germination trial, which ensures the compost produced is not harmful to plant life. 

Compostable products add value to the planet's ecosystem by decomposing into nutrient-rich compost. Packaging that is labeled as compostable should be disposed of in a compost bin. 

If something is biodegradable it can be broken down by naturally occurring microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. Every material will biodegrade, given enough time (even centuries!). 

Unlike compostable, the term biodegradable is not regulated. There is no time limit for biodegradation, and no testing is done to ensure that the product is free from dangerous toxins. Ideally biodegradable material will break down quickly and safely, however not every product advertised as biodegradable meets these criteria. 

A product labeled as biodegradable without any further context is vague and misleading to consumers. Because this term is so vague, biodegradable products may contaminate compost and should be disposed of in trash collection destined for landfill.

Compostable pouches are a great alternative to petroleum-based plastics. A reclosable zipper ensures that your product stays fresh, while a compostable one-way degassing valve allows release of carbon dioxide. The most sustainable coffee packaging the planet has to offer!

Our compostable pouches are vegan, non-GMO, and are not made with PLA. They do not contain harmful chemicals such as bisphenol (including BPA and over a dozen other derivatives), PFAS, or phthalates.

Please avoid constant or regular contact with liquids, creams, or moisture.

They are suitable for sealing with most standard heat sealers

We can typically ship your order same day, while in some instances, depending on the size of the order it may take 1-2 days to ship. Please expect 2-5 days transit time depending on your location.

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States, and most deliveries should arrive within two to three business days after being shipped.

Orders ranging from $35 to $75 are shipped at a flat rate of $5.95, while those under $35 incur a flat rate of $7.95. However, orders being shipped to AK, HI, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses have a $5.00 surcharge due to the significantly higher costs of shipping to these locations.

Select the time frame in which you wish to receive the product (weekly, monthly, etc), add your shipping and payment details, and voila, you’re done! We will automatically ship your order each time, based on how often you want an order sent.

The system is completely flexible, you can choose to pause, skip a delivery, change the delivery date, or cancel at any time.
